Frank's Red Hot
One kitchen keystone I miss from back home that I miss here in Japan is Frank's Red Hot.
I love this stuff, and I'm not alone. This is like, the defining sauce for Buffalo Wings and overall a fantastic sauce to put on almost anything. It's hot enough while not being INSANE; it's more about flavor than spice, which is great.
But if I want it around these parts, it seems I have to order online and pay huge amounts of shipping costs. I'll splurge for it some day, but for now? It's gotta wait. I'll flavor my food with tears....
